Defines key words used in this part. "Reclamation lands" means land and water areas managed by the Secretary through the Commissioner of Reclamation, including acquired and withdrawn lands and water under the Bureau’s control. "Reclamation program" means any activity allowed under the Federal reclamation laws (the Act of June 17, 1902 (32 Stat. 388, chapter 1093; 43 U.S.C. 371)) and later related laws. "Reclamation project" means any water supply or delivery project the Bureau builds or runs under those same Federal reclamation laws (the Act of June 17, 1902 (32 Stat. 388, chapter 1093; 43 U.S.C. 371)). "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior.
