As soon as possible after October 30, 2000, the Secretary must make and send to Congress maps and legal descriptions for six things: the Cooperative Management and Protection Area; the Wilderness Area; the wild and scenic river segments and redband trout reserve from part C; the mineral withdrawal area from part D; the wildlands juniper management area from part E; and the land exchanges required by part F. Those maps and descriptions have the same legal effect as if they were written into the law, but the Secretary may correct clerical or typographical errors. Copies must be kept for the public at the Office of the Director of the Bureau of Land Management and at the appropriate BLM office in Oregon.
