Extends the rules in sections 482n through 482n–2 to many specific parcels inside the Coconino National Forest in Coconino and Yavapai Counties, Arizona. The covered lands are: township 18 north, range 4 east — sections 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26–36, and the southwest quarter of section 25; township 18 north, range 5 east — sections 13, 14, 15, 20–28, 31–36, and the east half of the east half of section 29; township 18 north, range 6 east — sections 18, 19, 29–32; township 17 north, range 5 east — sections 1–36; township 17 north, range 6 east — sections 5, 6, 7, 14–23, 26–35, and all of section 8 except the southeast quarter; township 16 north, range 5 east — sections 11–14 and 23–24; and township 16 north, range 6 east (Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian) — sections 7–10 and 16–20. For these lands, any use of the word “hereinafter” in sections 482n and 482n–1 and the phrase “date of the enactment of this Act” in section 482n–2 must be read as referring to the date this section became law.
