Summary

Only the listed rights and interests are recognized. No other rights or duties exist. Valid private property rights in the Area on February 20, 2003 that aren’t covered here stay unchanged and are not subject to the Pueblo’s power to block uses. National Forest rights here apply only to this situation and are not a rule for other cases. Except for one exception, New Mexico still manages fish and wildlife, including hunting, fishing, and trapping.
