If the Secretary of the Interior finds migratory birds are in danger of starving anywhere in the United States, the Secretary may obtain grain from the Commodity Credit Corporation that the Corporation got through price-support programs, in amounts they both agree on. The Secretary must pay the Corporation back for the costs of packing and moving that grain when it is used under sections 667g to 667g–2 of this title.
