Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 6— - GAME AND BIRD PRESERVES; PROTECTION › § 673a
The Secretary of the Interior may accept, at no cost to the United States, a gift from the Izaak Walton League of America (or its authorized trustees) of specific lands in Teton County described in township 41 north, range 115 west, sixth principal meridian. The gift includes parts of sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 17, and 18 (and lots 1 and 4), plus any buildings, improvements, easements, and other rights that go with those lands. The land must be owned and managed by the United States under the Secretary of the Interior. It must be used for grazing and as a refuge for American elk and other big game, and called the Izaak Walton League addition to the winter elk refuge. Once the land is transferred to the United States, it becomes part of the winter elk refuge created under section 673 and is governed by the same laws that protect and run that refuge.
