Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 9A— - PRESERVATION OF FISHERY RESOURCES › § 757
The Secretary of Commerce may use the facilities and services of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho agencies that manage fish and wildlife, under agreements with those States, even if section 6101 of title 41 would otherwise apply. Money for sections 755 to 757 can pay to build or improve facilities on land not owned by the United States, as long as the State agency first gets, at no cost to the United States, the necessary title, interest, rights-of-way, or licenses to use that land.
