All ownership and the immediate right to possess the real property and the down-tree personal property in the area labeled “Proposed Additions” on the map titled “Additional Lands, Redwood National Park, California,” numbered 167–80005–D and dated March 1978, became the United States’ on March 27, 1978. The effective date also follows section 79c(b)(3). Money from the appropriations authorized for fiscal year 1978 and from later fiscal years may be used as needed to acquire those lands and down-tree personal property.
