Defines key words used in this subchapter. "Commercial use authorization" means permission to provide services to visitors in units of the National Park System under subchapter II of chapter 1019 of title 54. "Multijurisdictional trip" means a trip that uses 2 or more units of Federal recreational lands and waters and is under 2 or more Federal land management agencies. "Recreation service provider" and "special recreation permit" are defined in section 6801 of this title (as amended by section 311). "Visitor-use day" means the unit of measure the Secretary uses to authorize use under a special recreation permit (for example, a visitor day, user day, or launch).
