The President, or the head of a department or agency under rules the President sets, can cancel and undo any contract, loan, grant, subsidy, license, permit, franchise, right, benefit, official document, rate schedule, service, or transfer tied to the United States when there has been a final conviction for breaking this chapter. If something is canceled, the United States can get back the money it spent or the item transferred, or the reasonable value of it, plus any other penalties or remedies the law or the contract allows.
