"Attorney for the government" and "State" use Rule 1 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure; "electronic communication service" is defined in section 2510; "remote computing service" is defined in section 2711; "electronic mail address" is defined in section 3 of the CAN‑SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. 7702); "Internet" is defined in section 1101 of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (47 U.S.C. 151 note); "provider" means an electronic communication service provider or a remote computing service; "NCMEC" means the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children; "website" means materials stored on a server and publicly reachable on the Internet using HTTP or its successor.
