Title 2 › Chapter CHAPTER 49— - CONGRESSIONAL PAGES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER II— - HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES › § 4917
At the beginning of the Ninety-eighth Congress, a revolving fund was set up inside the House’s contingent fund for the page residence hall and the page meal plan. Money the Chief Administrative Officer gets for page lodging, meals, and related services must go into that fund. The Chief Administrative Officer may spend the money, as the Clerk of the House of Representatives decides, to pay expenses for the residence hall and meal plan. The House of Representatives Page Board must write any rules needed to make this work.
