Within two years after August 14, 2008, and every two years after that, the Secretary must prepare and send a report on TEACH grants to the authorizing committees. The report must cover five things: how many people received TEACH grants; the degrees those recipients earned; where they completed the service they agreed to under section 1070g–2(b) (including the school, local educational agency, and State) and the subject they taught; how long that service lasted; and any other data needed to evaluate the program.
