2018—Pub. L. 115–224 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, text read as follows: “There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter (other than section 2324, 2327, and 2328 of this title, and subchapter II) such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2007 through 2012.”
