(a)There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $5,000,000, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of section 2566 of this title.
(b)There are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $2,500,000, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of section 2567 of this title.
(c)Funds appropriated pursuant to sections 2566 to 2569 of this title shall remain available until expended.
