For section 76j(a)(1)(H) the amounts are $25,690,000 for FY2020, $27,000,000 for FY2021, $28,000,000 for FY2022, $29,000,000 for FY2023, and $30,000,000 for FY2024. For sections 76j(a)(1)(F) and (G) the amounts are $17,800,000 for FY2020, $18,000,000 for FY2021, $19,000,000 for FY2022, $20,000,000 for FY2023, and $21,000,000 for FY2024. Also provides $400,000,000 to the Secretary of Transportation for capital costs of the project under section 76q–1 for FY2003 through FY2010, with those funds available until spent. The Board may get whatever sums are needed to carry out section 76m, also available until spent. None of these funds can pay direct costs to produce performing‑arts shows, pay performing‑arts administration staff, or pay for production, staging, public relations, marketing, fundraising, ticket sales, or education. Money given directly to the Board must not reduce other federal performing‑arts funds and may reimburse federal‑share building services and theater maintenance and repair.
