Require the Office of Travel and Tourism Industries to grow and keep doing research to boost international visits to the United States. Tasks include sharing official Mexican travel survey data with States; raising the inbound air traveler sample to a 1 percent sample size and changing questionnaires to improve response rates and at least double the number of States and cities with reliable visitor estimates; making State-by-State estimates of international travel spending; checking how well the Corporation meets its goals under section 2131; and doing research to support the annual reports called for under section 2123(d). Money may be provided to the Secretary of Commerce for fiscal years 2010 through 2014 as needed to do this work.
