Establish a Director of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Treatment within the Service. The Director must lead HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment for Indians, help tribes and urban Indian groups use programs, and work with other federal agencies so Indians are included in federal HIV/AIDS research and grants, especially under Ryan White Act of 1990. By 2 years after March 23, 2010, and every 2 years after, the Director must report to Congress on activities and findings from the preceding two years.
