Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 8— - RIGHTS-OF-WAY THROUGH INDIAN LANDS › § 323
The Secretary of the Interior can grant rights-of-way for any purpose across U.S. trust lands now or later, Indian-owned lands with sale restrictions (including Pueblo lands in New Mexico), and other lands set aside for Indians. He may set conditions.
