Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 38A— - INDIAN TRIBAL JUSTICE TECHNICAL AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE › § 3652
Give Indian tribes and their members access to quality technical and legal help. Build and improve tribal court systems that handle civil and criminal cases under tribal law. Strengthen tribal governments and their economies by supporting and developing courts for justice in Indian country. Encourage national or regional groups of tribal court staff and non-profits that provide legal help to work together. Help develop tribal judicial systems and add to earlier Congressional efforts, such as the Indian Tribal Justice Act (25 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.) (Public Law 103–176).
