Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 45— - PROTECTION OF INDIANS AND CONSERVATION OF RESOURCES › § 5133
The Secretary of the Interior, or a representative, may make loans from the revolving fund set up by the Acts of June 18, 1934, and June 26, 1936. Those loans can go to Indian tribes, bands, groups, or individual Indians who are not eligible under those Acts, but no loans may be made to anyone with less than one-quarter Indian blood.
