States must only spend certain federal reimbursements on programs that get federal funding under this subchapter, subchapter VI, or subchapter VII. Those reimbursements are money the State gets under the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 301 et seq.) to repay amounts the State spent that came from allotments under section 730.
