Require the Secretaries of Education and Health and Human Services to make an agreement to share client data from designated State agencies. The shared data includes records kept by the Rehabilitation Services Administration under section 710 and Social Security’s Summary Earnings and Records and Master Beneficiary Records. The Secretary of Labor must give the Commissioner the employment statistics in section 491–2 so the Commissioner can evaluate part B and compare results with title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Social Security data in this exchange are not "return information" under section 6103(b)(2) of title 26, and the Rehabilitation Services Administration and the Social Security Administration must keep client information confidential.
