Defines "continuing authority program" as one of 11 specific authorities listed by statute: 33 U.S.C. §§ 701s, 426i, 2330, 2309a, 577, 426g, 701r, section 103 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (Public Law 87–874; 76 Stat. 1178), 2326(e), 701b–8a, and 610(a). Within one year after June 10, 2014, the Secretary must publish in the Federal Register and on a public website the criteria used to set annual funding priorities for projects under those authorities. Within that same year and every year after, the Secretary must post an annual status report for each program that shows each active project's name and short description, the cost to finish it, and the funding available that fiscal year. When these items are published, the Secretary must send copies to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
