States that get grants under section 10156 must send a yearly report to the Director for every year they spend any of the grant money. The report must say what was done with the money under part A and part B, give evaluation results of programs, explain how the federal money was coordinated with State agencies working on drug abuse education, prevention, treatment, and research, and include any other information the Director requires. Within 180 days after each fiscal year ends, the Director must send a report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate. That report must list, for each State, the total grant amounts from part A and part B for the year, how much was given for each purpose in part A, summaries of the State reports, explanations of fund coordination, and program evaluation results and strategy implementation.
