Within 1 year after October 18, 2017, and yearly after that, the Attorney General and the FTC must each report to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees on elder-related enforcement actions (including district, case name/number, scheme description, and outcome). The Attorney General’s report must link to the best practices and guides; the FTC’s report must include work from the Senior Scams Prevention Advisory Group.
