The corporation may not issue stock or pay dividends, or support political parties, candidates, or try to influence Congress or state legislatures. Corporate funds or assets can't go to directors, officers, or members except on final liquidation (executive committee may set the executive director's employment under section 150705(e)). The corporation may not lend to those people, and directors or officers who approve such loans are jointly liable until repaid.
