Summary

The Librarian can give the corporation staff, space, and other administrative help, including paying expenses listed under section 152403(f). The corporation must repay those costs. Repayments go to the Treasury and are credited to the same appropriations that paid for the support. The Librarian can also accept the corporation’s directors, officers, and employees as unpaid volunteers to do work under this chapter, even if that conflicts with chapters 33 and 51 and subchapter III of chapter 53 of title 5 and related regulations.
