Creates a national corporation with eight main purposes. These include researching, recording, and publishing the history and actions of American colonists and their memoirs; building memorials to honor them; encouraging respect for U.S. institutions, laws, and the flag; running educational and self-improvement programs; awarding scholarships and helping schools; volunteering and donating to veterans’ hospitals; and doing other charitable work, including national presidents’ projects, as its articles or bylaws allow.
