Requires, within 90 days after July 22, 1987, the GSA Administrator to have State agencies under sec. 549(a)–(e) share information on surplus property for food, shelter, or other homeless services. That property must go to homeless service providers at a nominal cost or free if the Administrator reimburses care and handling.
