Summary

Congressional money must not be used to provide, buy, or pay for anything that is meant to cause or help cause a person's suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing. That ban does not apply to funds covered by sections 14402, 14403, or 14404 of this title, except as subsection (b) says. For funds used to carry out Title 10 (except chapter 55), Title 18 (except section 4005(a)), and chapter 37 of Title 28, the ban in subsection (a) applies instead of section 14402.
