Summary

Lets the Federal Trade Commission still take enforcement action under the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.) and other laws. It does not change or weaken antitrust laws — using the meaning given in subsection (a) of the first section of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 12) and also covering section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 45) when that section deals with unfair ways of competing. It also does not override any State law.
