Title 42 › Chapter CHAPTER 22— - INDIAN HOSPITALS AND HEALTH FACILITIES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER II— - CONSTRUCTION OF HEALTH FACILITIES AND COMMUNITY HOSPITALS › § 2005d
Money given under this subchapter to help pay part of a hospital’s construction, and any promises required to get that money, do not stop the project from getting help under the Public Health Service Act or other federal construction programs. Any construction costs already paid with these federal funds must not be counted again when figuring how much the federal government will share under the Public Health Service Act or any other federal law that gives construction aid.
