Summary

Up to $715,000,000 may be made available to carry out this part. That total must be increased each year under section 2296a using an inflation index set by the Secretary. The money must come from the Fund set up under section 2297g.

(a)There is authorized to be appropriated $715,000,000 to carry out this part. The aggregate amount authorized in the preceding sentence shall be increased annually as provided in section 2296a of this title, based upon an inflation index to be determined by the Secretary.
(b)Funds described in subsection (a) shall be provided from the Fund established under section 2297g of this title.
