Summary

The Secretary must tell non‑Federal partners, before each fiscal year, what operation and maintenance work is expected for each water‑supply part of a reservoir and what the estimated costs will be for that year and for each of the next 4 fiscal years when those partners must pay part of the cost. Those cost figures are only estimates for planning. Non‑Federal partners must not treat them as the exact amounts they will be required to pay.
