Title 44 › Chapter CHAPTER 19— - DEPOSITORY LIBRARY PROGRAM › § 1902
Make most government publications available to depository libraries through the Superintendent of Documents so the public can access them. Agencies may withhold items meant only for official use, purely administrative/operational materials with no public value, or documents classified for national security, and each agency must send the Superintendent a monthly list of publications it issued in the previous month that came from sources other than the Government Publishing Office.
