Gives the Interstate Commerce Commission the duties in sections 9–15 about telegraph lines built with Government aid. It does not change the Commission’s powers or enforcement under subtitle IV of title 49. All duties the Postmaster General had over telegraph companies and lines under any law also move to the Commission.
