Title 47, §607

Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

This chapter shall take effect upon the organization of the Commission, except that this section and section 151 and 154 of this title shall take effect July 1, 1934. The Commission shall be deemed to be organized upon such date as four members of the Commission have taken office.
