Removes the names Alaska and Hawaii from certain places in older federal laws. The change deletes those names from the Act of June 6, 1933 (48 Stat. 114), from two parts of the Fair Labor Standards Act, and from one part of the Welfare and Pension Plans Disclosure Act.

(a)section 3(b) of the Act of June 6, 1933 (48 Stat. 114), as amended, is further amended by striking out the words ‘Hawaii, Alaska,’.
“(b)section 13(f) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, is further amended by striking out the words ‘Alaska; Hawaii;’.
“(c)section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, is further amended by striking out the words ‘the District Court for the Territory of Alaska,’.
“(d)section 3(a)(9) of the Welfare and Pension Plans Disclosure Act is amended by striking out the word ‘Hawaii,’.
