If someone who must make, keep, or send records about transportation for the Board intentionally does one of five things, they break the law. Those five are: putting false information in a record or report, destroying or changing a record to make it false, leaving out business facts or transactions, making or keeping records in a way that breaks a Board rule or order, or filing a false record or report with the Board.
