Cyber workforce position means a job with IT, cybersecurity, or similar duties identified under the Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015. Director means the Director of the Office of Personnel Management. Employing agency is the agency that details an employee to a rotational cyber workforce position.
