An employee's juror or witness pay during 6322(a) leave or 6322(b) duty must be credited against the U.S. or D.C. pay for that time. "Employee" means someone covered by section 2105, except those paid by the Secretary of the Senate, the House Chief Administrative Officer, or the Chief of the Capitol Police.
