Full-time workers on a flexible schedule may carry over up to 24 credit hours from one two-week pay period to the next, and part-time workers may carry over up to one-fourth of their biweekly work hours for credit toward the next period, unless the Office of Personnel Management or the agency sets a different limit. If a worker stops being in the flexible schedule program, they must be paid at their current basic pay rate for the accumulated credit hours, up to those same limits.
