Contracts must require the qualified company to give the Office any reports it needs and let the Office and the Government Accountability Office inspect the company’s records. Federal agencies must keep records, make required certifications, and give the Office or the company any information or reports the Office asks for. The Office must review the plans regularly and work with the Government Accountability Office on evaluations. These reviews must include a comparison of dental benefits under chapter 89 to help ensure the plans remain competitive.
