Contracts must require the qualified company to give the Office any reports the Office needs and to let the Office and the Government Accountability Office look at the company’s records. Federal agencies must keep records, make required certifications, and provide the Office, the qualified company, or both with any information or reports the Office asks for. The Office must do regular reviews of the plans under this chapter. Those reviews must compare the vision benefits to the ones in chapter 89 to make sure the plans stay competitive. The Office must also work with the Government Accountability Office on periodic evaluations of the program.
