The Secretary must send a report to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology within 180 days after the Act becomes law and then every year. The report must cover applications under section 60121 — who applied, which were licensed, which were denied (with reasons and any interagency notes), which needed more information, and any that missed the 120‑day deadline (how many days late and why) — and must include notices under section 60122 and actions taken under section 60123(a)(4)–(6). Reports may include classified annexes. The reporting requirement ends on September 30, 2020.
