You cannot make any pesticide or active ingredient in any State unless the place where it is made is registered with the Administrator. The registration form must give the name and address of the place and the name and address of the producer. When the Administrator gets the form, they must register the place and give it an establishment number. Within 30 days after registration, the producer must tell the Administrator what types and amounts of pesticides or active ingredients they are making now, made in the past year, and sold or distributed in the past year. If needed for a stop-sale order, the producer must also give the names and addresses of anyone who received the pesticide. All other information provided, except the names of the pesticides or active ingredients, will be kept confidential under the law.
