Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 10— - WAREHOUSES › § 247
Warehouse operators must treat people fairly and reasonably when they store or try to store farm products, if the warehouse has room. This rule applies when the product is the kind usually stored nearby, is in suitable condition for storage, and is offered in the normal business way. A warehouse operator may still make agreements with customers about how to divide or set aside the available space.
