Title 7 › Chapter CHAPTER 26A— - AGRICULTURAL MARKETING AGREEMENTS › § 672
Keeps any marketing agreement, license, order, rule, or action the Secretary of Agriculture made under the Agricultural Adjustment Act. Those agreements and actions stay valid and are approved. Any program that was running under the Agricultural Adjustment Act on January 1, 1950 will keep running without needing changes. The Secretary may continue those programs only to create and keep orderly marketing conditions that help carry out the goals in section 2 or 8c(18) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act.
