Two-Year Ban on Exporting for Named Individual
Derby Clerfe of Pittsburgh is denied export privileges and may not participate in any export-related transactions from the date of this Order through May 30, 2026. The denial covers applying for or using licenses, negotiating, buying, selling, transporting, financing, or otherwise servicing items exported from the United States that are subject to the Export Administration Regulations.

The Order prohibits any person or company from exporting, reexporting, transferring, financing, servicing, or otherwise facilitating transactions involving items subject to the Regulations to or on behalf of Derby Clerfe while the Order is in effect. This restriction is intended to prevent evasion and covers actions through May 30, 2026.
